Q: Do you except returns?

A: No, I do not except returns, but I do issue refunds on orders for 30 days after they are purchased.

If your order comes to you damaged or if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, send an email to [email protected] requesting a refund. Please be sure to include your order number in the email.

I will refund you all your money the same day you request the refund.

I will never ask you to undertake the hassle of returning products to me. I will ask no questions. I’ll simply thank you for your request and give back every penny the same day.

If you request a refund after the 30 day window has expired, you will be denied.

Q: My order arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?

A: Absolutely and at no charge to you!

Send an email to [email protected] telling me which products in your order received damage. Please be sure to include your order number in the email.

I will ship you a replacement the same day if possible.

Again, I do this free of charge. You don’t even pay for shipping.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?

A: No, I do not.
