A: No, I do not except returns.

Q: My order arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?

A: Absolutely and at no charge to you!

Send an email to [email protected] telling me which products in your order received damage. Please be sure to include your order number and a picture of the damaged goods in the email.

I will ship you a replacement the same day if possible.

Again, I do this free of charge. You don’t even pay for shipping.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?

A: No, I do not.

Q: How soon can I expect to receive my order?

A: I always aim to ship out your order either the same day you place it or the day after. However, I do not control the USPS. If you want to be sure you receive your cards in time, I recommend you place your order two to three weeks in advance of the occasion for which you need them.
